8.1 -- March 4, 2007
Reworded 6.4 to increase its scope and support a wider variety of reforms; significantly amplified 13.1 and added 13.2 and 13.3.
8.0 -- March 28, 2006
Removed 1.4, reworded 5.1, added 5.6 on the right of a child to refuse school attendance even if enrolled by parent, added 5.7 on schools working to create academic freedom, reworded 9.1 and 9.2, added 9.3 on parental notification/consent for abortions, and reworded 9.4 on sexual consent.
7.0 -- January 15, 2005
Added 1.4, on voting test as possible alternative to an age-based standard.
6.0 -- February 18, 2004
Removed 6.3, on adult punishments, and reinstated 7.2 and 7.3, on business discrimination laws.
5.0 -- February 8, 2003
Added 3.4, on the right to apply for citizenship; 3.5, on the right to cross borders; 8.4, on the right to own property; and 8.5 on the right to work. Also replaced 7.1 with: Businesses should not refuse to hire or serve people simply because of
their age.

Added 3.3, on the right to enter into contracts, 5.5, on enrollment into schools, 6.3, on adult punishments, and 16.1, on the age-based selective service program.
3.1 -- December 19, 2000
Combined the Economics and Gambling sections of the Declaration. Made the gulag school principle into its own section, as was originally intended by the membership.
3.0 -- December 10, 2000
Revised the preamble. Added section 15.1, on the right to bear arms, and 5.5, on the abolishment of gulag schools. Revised 9.1 to say "People under eighteen" instead of "Teenagers." Removed parts of 10.1 and 12.2.
2.10 -- October 21, 1999
Removed "either" and "or lower their voting age" clauses from several sections in the Declaration. Added section 4.3, which proposes the abolition of compulsory education, and 4.4, a statement on Constitutional Rights of young people in school.
2.0 -- December 24, 1998
Modified order of declaration sections, as enacted by the ASFAR Board of Directors. Also added new drinking age subsections 11.2 and 11.3.
1.04 -- January 17, 1998
Modified school uniform opposition statement, modified age of consent to clarify consent issues.
1.03 -- November 30, 1997
Added opposition to mandatory school uniforms; changed approach to legal emancipation; changed order of issues in Declaration.

Removed replacement minimum ages from Sections 6 (Health and Sexuality) and 7 (Voting); changed approach to legal emancipation (Section 4.2); broadened statement on access to free speech (Section 12.1).
