You have cases like consenting underage teen partners getting charged with statutorily raping one another simultaneously, or you have the 'sexting' phenom where a girl gets charged with creation/distribution of child pornography for taking an erotic photograph of herself and sending it over her cell phone to her same-aged boyfriend, who is in turn, charged with possession.

She said she was really worried because she didn't want me to (GASP) become sexually active, and since I'd recently told her of my boyfriend she thought maybe I'd snuck out to go see him. It just made me laugh (not to her face of course) because I've had sex several times with several different people and my mom trying to control this is just funny. how can parents and the government think they have control over us with these laws? The only thing that these laws do is possibly scare older people so that they don't ave sex with us. Clearly we still ahve sex with each other. Thses laws are completely dumb and useless
