Now the number teenagers, who have died this year is 4 (Official)

After a sad update, we have to report that 4 teenagers have died at residential facilities this year. We know based on experience that the number most likely are higher as some cases are settled out of court or the name of the teenager withheld out of concern for the teenager, but a protection which also protects the school or program responsible for the death.
