Minutes of ASFAR Board Meeting of September 12, 2001

The meeting was called to order at 9:30 eastern time.

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the August 15th and September 5th meetings were approved without objection.

Reports of Officers

The President, Justin Mallone, had no official report.

The Secretary, Oliver Traldi, had no official report.

The Treasurer, Susan Wishnetsky, reported that the ASFAR bank account now totaled $546.

The Webmaster, David Schneider-Joseph, reported that ASFAR's Amazon bank account had reached $12.75. He also mentioned that after examining the issue for some time, moving the discussion list to asfar.org no longer seemed feasible.

Reports of Committees

The zine committee reported that the new zine was coming together

Old Business

The issue of a Demonstrations Committee was postponed until the following meeting.

New Business

There was some discussion of editing the online versions of ASFAR's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. It was decided that the webmaster had the authority to correct any errors within these documents.

The next board meeting was scheduled for October 3, 2001, at 9:15 pm eastern time.

The meeting adjourned at 10:30 pm eastern time.
