Minutes of ASFAR Board Meeting of November 14, 2001

The meeting was called to order at 9:42 eastern time.

Reports of Officers

The President, Justin Mallone, had no official report.

The Vice President, Larissa Price, had no official report.

The Secretary, Oliver Traldi, reported that membership is continuing to rise.

The Treasurer, Susan Wishnetsky, reported that she had sorted out a problem with the bank about an old check issued by i-Give to ASFAR.

The Webmaster, David Schneider-Joseph, reported that he hoped to post the new web design within a week.

Reports of Committees

The zine committee reported that the next edition of Youth Truth was ready to go to print.

New Business

Susan Wishnetsky mentioned, in reference to Eric Anderson's letter to the board, that she had been sent a letter by the Missouri Attorney General asking for confirmation of the revocation of ASFAR's dissolution and listing ASFAR's address as her home address. She said she intends to reply to the Attorney General's letter informing him of the error.

The next board meeting was scheduled for November 28, 2001, at 9:15 pm eastern time.

The meeting adjourned at 10:22 pm eastern time.
